About the materials

01 STAINLESS STEEL 304

SUS304 is one of the most commonly used materials among stainless steels.

Characteristics of SUS304

Water resistant and rust-proof
Discoloration resistant, maintaining beauty for longer
Scratch-resistant with high durability
Easier to process than 316L

Durability

While the material is sufficiently rust-resistant in everyday environments, corrosion may occur under certain conditions in saltwater or strong chemical environments.

02 STAINLESS STEEL 316L

SUS316L is a material that has enhanced corrosion resistance based on the characteristics of SUS304.

Characteristics of SUS316L

Resistant to sweat and water, less prone to rust (molybdenum (Mo) is added, making it particularly resistant to salt and chemical environments)
Resists discoloration, maintaining its beauty for a long time
Scratch-resistant and highly durable

Durability

Compared to SUS304, it has superior corrosion resistance and is resistant to seawater, sweat, cosmetics, and other elements.

For everyday accessories and contact during daily life
(sweat, dryness, light splashes), SUS304 is sufficient,
but for prolonged contact in the ocean, swimming pools, etc.,
SUS316L, which contains molybdenum, is said to be more rust-resistant
and durable.

At ebine, we use both SUS304 and SUS316L
depending on the design.

Regarding Maintenance

For long-lasting beauty and use

It is resistant to sweat and water and does not easily discolor, but
 with proper care, 
it can maintain its beautiful condition for a longer time.

Simple care after use/wearing

・ If it gets dirty, rinse with fresh water and gently wipe with a soft cloth or jewelry cloth.
・Gently remove sebum, sweat, and moisture.

*Please refrain from using cloths that contain abrasives, as they may cause the plating to peel.

Although this material is less likely to cause metal allergies, we do not guarantee that it will not cause allergic reactions in all users.
If you experience any itching, redness, discomfort, or other symptoms, please discontinue use.
