1. Please send photos of the defective product via chatbot or inquiry form.
(As images cannot be sent via the inquiry form, please send them after receiving our reply.)
Using the chatbot will ensure a smoother response.

2. After confirming the product's condition, we will arrange for a new product to be sent.

▪️Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and reshipment costs will be borne by us.
*In the case of initial defects, both return and reshipment costs will be borne by our store.
